The Nature Of Emotion
2-day non-residential workshop
with Kate Maryon
Why do we have emotions? Where do they come from? What are they for?
Join me on this 2-day workshop to explore the nature of emotions; these intense, energetic sensations, sometimes glorious, often painful, that rise and fall and twist through our bodies. By inquiring into how you habitually relate to your emotions, we’ll create space to see if there’s another possibility, a fresh perspective, a new way to listen so they’re more able to support you in creating greater depth, authenticity and connection in your life. By dropping deeper and exploring the display of emotions as they come you’ll discover why we have emotions, where they come from, what they’re for.
Bringing a unique blend of Eastern wisdom & Western body-focused modalities, I will take you through a powerful transformation that will awaken you to who you truly are; to your source nature, to consciousness itself, where the integration of past trauma happens seamlessly, so you can fully embody and inhabit your life, discovering true wellness and happiness beyond the stories you have made up about yourself, beyond the drama of your history, and so to unlock your glorious potential.

So wherever you find yourself on this journey, you are so very welcome to join us.
