Non residential workshop - 10.45-6 each day - Steiner School, Frome, Somerset
How would it feel to simply relax and let things be as they are? To give up attempting to fix or change yourself or others? To abandon all efforts to control life, and instead, surrender to the endless, total support and profound wisdom of presence? To dwell in and as the chaos of life that surrounds you without pushing anything away? To just be... peace appearing as this vibrant, sometimes wonky, always vulnerable, human being?
