This workshop is an opportunity to explore what’s in the way of you living the depth, truth and authenticity you long for in your expression, actions and communication. And then to discover the very simple and real possibility of living from a place whereby your expressions, actions and words are in alignment with your inner world. Because we cannot expect to be fully heard or received if we’re not expressing the truth of our experience.
This experiential programme uses a combination of self-inquiry, stillness, meditation, movement, paired and group exercises. There may be tears, of course, but the light touch I bring will guarantee laughter too - and a rare space of warmth, safety, support and acceptance. So wherever you find yourself on this journey, you are so very welcome to join me.
I keep my groups small, because I’m deeply committed to giving everyone the time, attention and support they deserve. If you haven’t worked with me before, you’ll need to have had at least one session with me before I can offer you a place.

Cancellation policy: Once committed, you can cancel up to four weeks prior to the workshop date, after this the full fee will be due even in the event of failure to attend.

Timings: To participate in this workshop you will need to adhere to the arrival and departure times, which are 10.30 - 6pm each day. To create a sense of safety in the group there are no exceptions to this, so please don't ask for one. If your travel is delayed on the day, please contact me asap.
You will need to bring:
- BackJack, low seat or cushion to sit on
- Anything else you need to make yourself feel cosy, (sheepskin, wrap/blanket etc)
- Packed lunch
- Water to drink
- Notepad and pen/pencils
