My Spoken Heart.jpg

Join me for a tender exploration into how and why so much of what your heart is longing to communicate gets lost in translation.

If you’re tired of feeling misunderstood because you keep abandoning what you’re longing to communicate in favour of being right, or being nice, or being loved, or defending or justifying your position - this workshop is for you.

Exploring  and inquiring into the roots of the misdirected communication of your heart will bring a deeper understanding and awareness as to why your expression gets lost, and together we’ll discover the possibility for greater depth, connection and authenticity in relating from a place that leaves you feeling heard, seen, satisfied and complete.

This experiential programme uses a combination of self-inquiry, stillness, meditation, movement, paired and group exercises. There may be tears, of course, but the light touch I bring will guarantee laughter too - and a rare space of warmth, safety, support and acceptance. So wherever you find yourself on this journey, you are so very welcome to join me.

I keep my groups small because I am deeply committed to giving everyone the time, attention and support they deserve. To get the most from my workshop I offer a free 30-minute call to ensure we’re a good match for working together.

Financial Investment: Financial Investment: £150 which includes workshop, beverages and snacks.

Cancellation policy: Once committed, you can cancel up to four weeks prior to the workshop date, after this the full fee will be due even in the event of failure to attend unless, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the law states otherwise.

Contact me if you’d like to attend and I’ll put you on the list, but please DO NOT pay for the workshop until the middle of June, in case, for Covid-19This experiential programme uses a combination of self-inquiry, stillness, meditation, movement, paired and group exercises.
