Join me for a tender exploration into how much of life you can open to.

This 2-day workshop is an opportunity to explore the richness and possibility of opening to all of life -welcoming the difficulty as well as the potential, the pain with as much interest and enthusiasm as the joy, your life, and everyone else’s, your death, as well as theirs.

Because if we can’t welcome it all, what then? We find ourselves living in suspension; a kind of half-ghost-life, where we close around the bits we don’t want or like, the bits we are afraid of - where we contract into ourselves, away from life, away from death, effectively cutting off from most of reality.

It’s not so easy, of course, as humans we will always feel pain, we will always feel hurt, and our default position os to pull away from it in search of pleasure.

This experiential programme uses a combination of self-inquiry, stillness, meditation, movement, paired and group exercises. There may be tears, of course, but the light touch I bring will guarantee laughter too - and a rare space of warmth, safety, support and acceptance. So wherever you find yourself on this journey, you are so very welcome to join me.

I keep my groups small because I am deeply committed to giving everyone the time, attention and support they deserve. To get the most from my workshop I offer a free 30-minute call to ensure we’re a good match for working together.

Financial Investment: Financial Investment: £150 which includes workshop, beverages and snacks.
