I agree to pay the full fee of £60 on or before the event, or to arrange a payment plan with Kate.

I agree to pay the full fee if I cancel and a replacement cannot be found.

I agree to adhere to advertised start & finish times.

I agree to take full responsibility for my belongings.

I agree to take full responsibility for my personal wellbeing during and after the event.

I agree to take full responsibility for my actions, choices, & decisions (or lack of) whilst attending the event.

I understand that this is a group learning environment, which means Kate does not have the therapeutic resources to cater for anyone with past or present diagnosis of Schizophrenia and/or Psychosis. If you have such a history Kate recommends you do not take part in the workshop. If I choose to ignore this advice and attend without disclosing my situation to Kate, I take full responsibility for my mental health during and after the event.

I agree to understanding that as well as illuminating new and wonderful possibilities for my life, the process is likely to touch old wounds and bring up painful emotions.
