"Until you heal the wounds of your past, you will continue to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex, but eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories, and make peace with them.” Iyanla Vanzant

Hello and Welcome...

Reclaim Your Wild And Precious Life is a life-changing opportunity for transformation, where your divine nature will gather up your human vulnerabilities and hug them into submission, freeing you to reconnect to the love, freedom, peace, openness, creativity, authenticity, purpose, passion and joy at the core of your being, because who you truly are, is wild and precious beyond your dreams.

So if you've ever felt lonely and sad, crushingly shameful, awkward and shy, if you've ever trembled with paralysing fear and know intimately the pain of separation, if you're ever felt wounded by humiliation and have carved a belief that you'll never be able to find your voice, never be able or good enough to live the life you long for, because you're somehow fundamentally wrong for just being you.

If you've lived in the shadows, forever holding yourself back from life, from people, from the things you want, crippled by lack of confidence, putting up with second best; with jobs, relationships and situations you know deep down aren't good for you or true for you.

If you feel even a tiny spark of courage inside, a flicker of longing for a true felt-sense of connection, to inhabit the depth of your potential, the breadth of your love…

then you're in the right place and I'm really glad you found me.

  • Reclaim Your Wild And Precious Life is a radical, non-dual, embodied submission to reality.

  • I offer consultation and support in person, via Skype/FaceTime, and/or in group Workshop and Retreat settings.

As a children's author, I write books as an attempt to support children through difficulty when the adults around them can't. My books are the place where my passion for writing, my difficult childhood, and my work as a therapist meet. I offer inspiring and thought-provoking talks & writing workshops in schools and at festivals and other events.

Ready To Reclaim Your Life?

Bringing an alchemical blend of eastern wisdom and western body-centred modalities and neuroscience, I'll guide you through a landscape of experiential self-inquiry, where you'll explore and begin to integrate entrenched patterns of behaviour, past and developmental traumas, and feelings you have habitually avoided. It's a process of Growing Up, which takes time and space, and Waking Up, which is an instant and present moment reality. The combination of these two approaches is about becoming all of who you are, living as presence, which illuminates the truth in any moment, returning you to the simplicity of your natural human state. And from here witnessing your life unfold in truly mysterious ways.

Why would you do this?

Good question.

Well, in the face of traumatic and overwhelming situations when you were young, you cobbled together a bundle of behaviour patterns in an attempt to feel safe when the adults around you couldn’t. It was the bravest and most creative thing you ever did and yet the consequence has been that for the rest of your life you’ve been reliving the same patterns over and over again, existing in a tiny space that belongs to the past, but continues to influence your future. The effect of this means that you lose all connection with the present moment, with your true self, and your authentic expression. This person you believe yourself to be, this broken, neurotic, messed-up one that just about manages to drag you through the day, is an imposter, a mistaken identity, and at its core purely the result of a mismanaged childhood. These old patterns get stuck in your body and express themselves as reactive/defended tight knots of emotion and dis-ease, creating a filter over your experience, which forces you to operate in narrow, predicable ways, distancing you from deliciousness of reality. And believe it or not, reality is the safest place to dwell. I know - it sounds radical, but trust me and I'll show you. With your willingness and interest to meet your difficulties and potentials with equal enthusiasm, you'll begin to be touched by your own human vulnerability. And in time, you'll find a greater capacity to live from a place of love and compassion, feeling deep gratitude for your life, where you can't help but forgive yourself and forgive others. You'll tenderly gather up the fragmented, patterned aspects of yourself and give them the big reassuring hug they've been longing for. You'll begin to relax the arguments you've been having with yourself about how things are and how they should be, might be, could've been, would've been, and very gently, little-by-little, the patterns will fall away, returning you to your natural state of being, which feels inherently safe, connected, and easy in the world.

Living this stream of love is a process of surrendering to the mystery of life. It's the place where change happens effortlessly, where you can begin to listen to the wisdom of your own inner guidance and live and express yourself authentically. At peace, yet more vibrant and creative than ever. With clarity of vision, potential for action, depth of intimacy and capacity to relate. Drenched in love for your own being, your life will feel enriched with a felt-sense of true happiness, wellbeing and joy.

This is the radical way of 'No Practice'. So I won't ask you to sit for hours in meditation or to contort your body into unnatural postures. All I ask is for your willingness to inquire into the truth of what's actually going on in any moment.

 Living This Is My Invitation...
